Built for
Athletes Who
Love the Game.

DS Elite Volleyball is Dripping Springs' premier competitive club — where hard work, team culture, and a love for the game come together.

Who We Are

DS Elite Volleyball is a growing competitive club, serving youth athletes across Dripping Springs, all of Austin and beyond! We compete at the club level across multiple age groups, and our mission is simple: allow every player who loves this game to play it at whatever level she can.

We are not just building volleyball players — we are building competitors, teammates, and young women who know how to work hard and show up for each other.

Our Culture

We work hard and play hard. Our practices are high-energy and purposeful — always moving with urgency, always preparing for the next tournament. But we are equally committed to making this fun, building genuine team bonds, and supporting our athletes through the growth that comes with this sport, on and off the court.

We believe every athlete deserves a great coach — and great coaches don't happen by accident. At DS Elite, every member of our coaching staff operates within a structured system of standards, accountability, and ongoing development. Our coaches are evaluated regularly, mentored consistently, and supported at every level — from practice planning to in-match decisions. So whether your athlete is working with a seasoned veteran or a newer coach who is still building their resume, you can trust that no one on our staff is out there winging it. There is always someone in their corner — and yours.

Coach Support

About Our Founder

Drew Rose is a military veteran, cybersecurity expert, and serial entrepreneur who has called Dripping Springs home for years — and has invested deeply in the community he loves.

As a lifelong volleyball player and fan, Drew spent four years as a head coach and served as President of the Dripping Springs Youth Sports Association (DSYSA) Volleyball program before founding DS Elite. His passion for the sport is personal — he and his wife Ashley are the proud parents of three daughters, Bella, Juliet, and Emilia, and have seen firsthand the impact that youth volleyball can have on young athletes both on and off the court.

That belief in the power of youth sports runs deep in the Rose family. Ashley founded the Dripping Springs Kardivas, a character development program for 5th grade girls that now operates across all Dripping Springs elementary schools. Together, Drew and Ashley are active members of Austin Ridge and share a common mission — using sports, mentorship, and community to help grow well-rounded young women.

DS Elite is the natural extension of everything Drew has worked toward — building a program rooted in Dripping Springs, built for Dripping Springs, and committed to developing not just great volleyball players, but great people.

The facility alone is worth it — four courts, incredible atmosphere, and the energy in that building on practice nights is something else. But what keeps us here is the coaching. You can tell every coach is supported and held to a standard. Our daughter has grown more in one season at DS Elite than in the two years before it

What sold us on DS Elite wasn't just the facility — though DSSC Warehouse is genuinely one of the coolest places we've been to for volleyball. It was the culture. From day one, our daughter felt like she belonged. The coaches are passionate, the other families are supportive, and you can tell this club is building something special right here in Dripping Springs. We couldn't be prouder to be part of year one.
